Terms and Conditions
- Lilies is a strict non smoking establishment and all guests are requested not to smoke on the premises at any time.
- Checkin is available from 2pm on the day of arrival ( unless an earlier checkin time is arranged with management prior) Latest check in time 9pm. A later checkin may be available if discussed with management ( a charge may apply in the sum of £10 depending upon the time required).
- Checkout is by 11 am on the day of departure (again unless a later departure time has been arranged with management).
- Card details are required at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. Payment is required upon arrival, and will be debited from the card used at the time of booking, unless you request to pay with a different card or pay by cash. Cheques are not accepted.
- Guests may cancel a booking at any time prior to 3 days before the booked arrival date, without liability.
- Should a cancellation be made less than 3 days prior to the booked arrival date, the full amount of the booking will become payable. The full amount of the booking will be debited from the card used at the time of booking.
- In the event of a cancellation within 3 days of the booked date of arrival, Lilies Guest House will make every effort to resell the room. If this is possible, the guest will be refunded 50% of the booking charge.
- Where a booking relates to a major event, management will request a 20% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to request full payment at the time of booking.
- Guests are asked to respect neighbours and fellow guests needs for peace and quiet. Any unruly behaviour will result in guests being asked to leave the establishment, with the full amount of the booking remaining payable.
- Breakfast is only available at the discretion of management on Bank Holidays. Please ask whether breakfast will be available when making your reservation for any bank holiday period.
- A charge will be levied in the event of keys being lost at a rate of 10 pounds per key.
- Any damage to a room or incidents which require additional cleaning services, or managements attention during the night will result in a charge being levied, depending upon the circumstances.
- For those guests wishing to use American Express to make payment a 3% charge will be levied to cover the cost of processing the payment
